Stephen G. Dent has been working in the world of finance, investments and acquisitions since the early 80s. Although he’s been involved in numerous investment projects, his main focus has been on investments and acquisitions.

Stephen’s career got its start when he went to work for PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked for three-years before moving on to work in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. After several years, Stephen left Morgan Stanley to join a private investment partnership called Rosenkranz & Company where he managed the acquisitions for the firm’s own account. He left in 1986 to start his own firm Dent Inc. Dent Inc., which is headquartered in Greenwich, CT and specializes in investment banking. Stephen serves as both the company president and the overseer all of the company’s investment activities.

In addition to being a licensed CPA, Stephen holds both a BA and MBA from Harvard University. And when he’s not working, Stephen enjoys indulging in his lifelong hobby of studying marine life.
